Ingredients We Use

Flours

Primarily Spelt Flour (white and whole grain), with occasional blends of buckwheat, rye, or einkorn. Spelt offers more nutrients and is often easier to digest than modern wheat.

Milk & Cheese

Raw or low-temp pasteurized milk for optimal nutrients. Organic cheeses include Raw Cheddar, Goat Cheddar, Gouda, Pepper Jack & others.

Oils & Fats

Organic: Grass-Fed Butter, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Cold-Pressed Coconut Oil.
Non-hydrogenated Palm Fruit Shortening (trans-fat free).

Meat & Seafood

Red Meat: Bison & Beef (no pork).

Chicken: Pasture-raised, non-GMO fed.

 

Seafood: Always wild-caught.

Sugars

 Organic Coconut Palm, Beet, Cane, Honey, Turbinado, Molasses, Powdered, and Maple Sugars.

Eggs & Spices

Pasture-raised eggs; only organic spices and herbs.
