Tenesha's journey with healthy eating began in 2014, when she discovered the transformative power of clean, whole foods. It wasn’t just about nourishment for her body—these foods brought a renewed sense of clarity and energy to her mind. By 2017, however, a health crisis challenged her even further, pushing her to explore the true potential of nutrient-rich, wholesome ingredients.

For Tenesha, cooking has always been a sanctuary—a joyful space where creating meals that make others smile fills her heart. But she also understands how overwhelming healthy eating can be: the endless label-checking, searching for the best ingredients, and wondering if you’re truly making the right choices. It was during one of those moments of frustration that everything clicked. What if she could make real, nourishing food not only delicious but also convenient and accessible for everyone? That spark ignited her mission, and now, Tenesha is redefining what it means to eat well—making it easier, healthier, and more joyful for all.

Our Promise

We’re all about bringing you the absolute best ingredients—only the finest make the cut! Clean eating isn’t just a buzzword for us; it’s a promise. 
 
Whenever possible, we prioritize organic, and when that’s not available, we turn to produce that’sts local or on the Clean 15 list. We are also committed to sourcing grass-fed, pasture-raised, and wild-caught options for the best in quality and purity. If these standards aren’t met, we’ll create a new menu offering instead. Rest assured, any new ingredients will always be clearly listed and will fully align with our standards, so you can feel confident in every bite.

Ingredients We Use

Flours

Primarily Spelt Flour (white and whole grain), with occasional blends of buckwheat, rye, or einkorn. Spelt offers more nutrients and is often easier to digest than modern wheat.

Milk & Cheese

Raw or low-temp pasteurized milk for optimal nutrients. Organic cheeses include Raw Cheddar, Goat Cheddar, Gouda, and Pepper Jack.

Oils & Fats

Organic: Grass-Fed Butter, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Cold-Pressed Coconut Oil.
 

Vegan Option: Non-hydrogenated Palm Fruit Shortening (trans-fat free).

Meat & Seafood

Red Meat: Primarily Bison, with occasional beef (no pork).

Chicken: Pasture-raised, non-GMO fed.

 

Seafood: Always wild-caught.

Sugars

All vegan, including Organic Coconut Palm, Beet, Cane, Honey, Turbinado, Molasses, Powdered, and Maple Sugars.

Eggs & Spices

Pasture-raised eggs; only organic spices and herbs.
